There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. I hope they indicate my experience and integrity, as well as make it clear how much I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs:

"My husband and I narrowed down the location of our after retirement, "forever home" to the Carson Valley in the fall of 2010. We found Remax agent Bill Driscoll thru an internet search. Living out of state, meant that we needed someone who could devote a chunk of time with us each time we made a trip out. We understood that to most agents, we might seem like looky-loos as we were from out of state, we never lived in this area and we did not know anyone out here! Yet Bill made us feel that he was interested in our search and we were not a waste of his time.

Our first trip out, Bill spent one and a half days, driving us around the various areas of the Carson Valley just so we could see the different communities. This proved to be a vital key to our success. It's extremely hard to just look at a map and say, "ok I want to live in this area"... you need someone who has spent the time in various areas. Bill also gained a sense of who my husband and I are and what our tastes are. From that point on, I would do my homework and find homes that I thought checked off all of our boxes. Bill would review my finds and if he felt they were good matches, he would set up a series of appointments for us.

I believe we saw 24 houses over the course of 2 months. We finally selected a home in the Upper Johnson Lane area that we loved in November of 2010. Sadly it was a short sale like many other homes in the area. The home owners accepted our offer just before Thanksgiving. Now the real wait was getting the bank to agree! Bill keep in touch with the progress or rather lack of progress from the bank, while we worked on selling our current home. We received a call from Bill in January of 2011 that the bank had finally approved our offer! We closed in February and moved in to our forever home in March! We love the home and better yet we love the community. This truly is our FOREVER HOME.
